This recipe for chocolate cake is perfect for when you don't want to just use a boxed mix, but also don't have the time for a recipe completely from scratch. This cake has a base of yellow cake and chocolate pudding mix, along with only a few other ingredients. Due to this, this cake is super easy and delicious! The pudding mix in the batter serves to make the cake extra moist and light. Enjoy!

For the first step, simply dump in the yellow cake mix and both of the pudding mixes into a large bowl and whisk well.

In another bowl, beat the eggs by hand for a little bit until they are sufficiently broken down (they will look slightly foamy).

Add this, along with the oil and water, into the dry mixture and mix well. Then, stir in the chocolate chips and vanilla until evenly distributed.

Pour the prepared batter into your favorite (well-greased) bundt pan and bake at 350 until cooked all the way through (around an hour). Top with some sprinkled powdered sugar and eat!

The Ingredients:

1 box yellow cake mix

2 boxes chocolate pudding mix
